Orisea Trustees is the trust company of the Orisea Group, subject to the management and coordination of Orisea Family Office S.r.l., incorporated on 16 May 2006 by a Notary Deed drawn up by Angelo Busani, Notary Public in Milan, with share capital of EUR 50,000.00 (fifty thousand/00), fully paid-up.

Orisea Trustees S.r.l. with single shareholder is registered in the Verona Companies Register under number 05310920961 and Economic Administrative Register (R.E.A.) number VR-374401.

The registered office is located in Verona, at 26, via Leoncino (postcode 37121) and the Board of Directors is chaired by Mr. Matteo Rapinesi (CPA) and Mr. Gabriele Di Nuzzo (lawyer).

The corporate purpose of the Orisea group trust company is to act as Trustee and Protector within Trusts established under the Hague Convention of 1 July 1985, later made enforceable in Italy by Law No. 364 of 16 October 1989. In this regard, the company carries out in particular the activities of administration, management and disposition in relation to the Trusts’ assets.
